400 gr kabeljauwfilet
1 eetlepel citroensap
2 uien
100 gr crème fraîche
2 eidooiers
zout, peper, kerriepoeder
1 grote banaan
100 gr diepvriesdoperwtjes
peterselie

Was de vis onder de koude kraan, dep hem met keukenpapier droog en
besprenkel met citroensap.
Snijd de uien in ringen en verwarm ze samen met de kabeljauw in een
ingevette glazen schaal, afgedekt, 4 minuten op 50% (400 Watt).
Roer de crème fraîche met de eidooiers los en breng op smaak
met zout, peper en kerriepoeder.
Snijd de banaan in plakjes.
Verdeel de banaan, de doperwtjes en de saus over de vis en laat de
viscurry op 50% en afgedekt in 5 minuten gaar worden.
Bestrooi de visschotel voor het serveren met gehakte peterselie.
