4 zalmmoten van ± 200 gr
4 theelepels pesto
2 eetlepels gehakte walnoten
15 gr boter
peper
gekartelde citroenschijfjes
1/2 dl water

Bestrijk één kant van de zalm met een mengsel van de pesto
en de noten.
Vet een magnetronschaal in met de boter en voeg 1/2 dl water toe.
Leg de zalm hierin en dek de schaal met plasticfolie af.
Zet de schaal ± 6 minuten in de magnetron op 500 Watt.
Neem de schaal eruit en laat hem 1 minuut staan.
Neem het folie er voorzichtig af en bestrooi de vis royaal met
grofgemalen
peper.
Garneer met de citroen.
Lekker met gepofte aardappelen en verse peultjes, die met geraspte
kokos
zijn bestrooid.
