400 gr hamlappen
1 ui
2 teentjes knoflook
2-3 eetlepels ketjap manis
1 eetlepel sambal brandal
1 mespunt trassi
1 stengel sereh
1 stukje verse gemberwortel
2 eetlepels olie

Snijd het vlees in blokjes en fruit die in een wok met 2 eetlepels olie
aan.
Draai alle overige ingrediënten met 2 dl water in een keukenmachine
tot een boemboe en schep die door het vlees.
Laat het vlees in de magnetron op vol vermogen 10 minuten garen.
De babi ketjap is het lekkerst als u de marinade voor het bereiden
± 4 uur laat intrekken.
Serveer het vlees met rijst en een frisse salade of zoetzure komkommer.
