2 eetlepels olie
600 gr varkensgehakt
50 gr gerookt spek
1 ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 rode paprika
500 gr tomatencoulis
1 blikje rode bonen (± 250 gr)
zout, chilipoeder, komijnpoeder, cayennepeper
1/2 dl blond bier (tafelbier of pils)

Doe het vlees met de olie in eeen magnetronschaal, inhoud 2 liter en zet
die driemaal 2 minuten op ± 600 Watt.
Maak het vlees telkens met een vork los.
Voeg er dan de spekblokjes, de gehakte ui, de paprika in blokjes, het
bier, de specerijen en de tomatencoulis aan toe en meng alles goed door
elkaar.
Kook de chili nu in etappes van tweemaal 6 minuten en meng om de 3
minuten.
Voeg er dan na deze 12 minuten de uitgelekte bonen aan toe en kook weer 6
minuten; roer weer na 3 minuten om.
Laat de chili 15 minuten nagaren.
Dit gerecht wordt vaak met tortilla's geserveerd.
