250 gr mager varkenspoelet
1 eetlepel maïsolie
1 uitgeperst teentje knoflook
2 eetlepels ketjap manis
1/2 eetlepel citroensap
1 theelepel ketoembar (= gemalen koriander)
zout, peper
2 eetlepels pasta voor pindasatésaus
enkele eetlepels heet water

Marnineer het vlees 24 uur in een mengsel van de olie, de knoflook, de
ketjap, het citroensap, de ketoembar, zout en peper.
Verwarm het vlees samen met de marinade, afgedekt, op ± 350 Watt
4-5 minuten in een magnetronschaal tot de kleur grijsbruin is geworden en
laat het enkele minuten nagaren.
Meng dan de satépasta door het vlees tot een smeuïg geheel
ontstaat en verwarm dit, afgedekt, zo nodig nog 1-2 minuten op ±
750 Watt.
Slap de massa met heet water tot sausdikte af.
