4 worteltjes
4 dl kippenbouillon
50 gr peultjes
150 gr verse roomkaas met knoflook en kruiden
2 dl slagroom
1 dl melk
2 eetlepels grove mosterd
versgemalen peper
1 1/2 eetlepel fijngeknipte bieslook

Snijd de worteltjes in plakjes.
Breng de bouillon aan de kook en blancheer de wortelplakjes
samen met de
peultjes 5 minuten.
Neem ze met een schuimspaan uit de bouillon en houd ze
warm.
Verkruimel de kaas, voeg deze samen met de slagroom, de melk
en de mosterd
aan de bouillon toe en laat de kaas al roerend smelten.
Breng de soep op smaak met wat peper.
Schep de groenten erdoor en warm goed door.
Verdeel de soep over 4 borden en garneer met de bieslook.
