750 gr rijpe tomaten
1/2 liter water
100 gr wortelen
1 ui
50 gr peterseliewortel
100 gr knolselderij
50 gr boter
30 gr bloem
bouillon
1 laurierblad
1 kruidnagel
10-20 gr suiker
citroensap
room
strooiaroma
suiker
zout
citroenschil
20 gr gekookte vermicelli of gekookte rijst

Was de tomaten, snijd ze in stukken, kook ze in het water in
± 15 minuten gaar en wrijf ze door een zeef.
Maak de groenten schoon, snijd ze klein en smoor ze in de
boter half gaar.
Strooi er de bloem over en roer die met wat bouillon glad.
Voeg de groentemassa met alle kruiderijen bij de tomatenpuree
en laat alles nog ± 15 minuten koken.
Zeef de soep en breng haar eventueel met wat strooiaroma op
smaak.
Voeg tenslotte een scheutje room en de vulling toe.
