1 1/2 liter gevogeltebouillon
200 gr paddestoelen (cèpes)
50 gr boter
40 gr meel
100 gr room
peper, zout
gehakte bieslook

Maak de paddestoelen schoon en hak de helft fijn.
Bak ze in 40 gr boter 5 minuten op, besprenkel ze met meel en
laat schuimen.
Verdun met de bouillon en laat 15 minuten pruttelen.
Snijd de rest van de paddestoelen in schijfjes, bak die in de
rest van de boter op en voeg ze aan de soep toe.
Warm de soep weer op en voeg er de room bij.
Breng op smaak met peper en zout en bestrooi met gehakte
bieslook.
