200 gr pasta (strikjesmacaroni, tagliatelle, spaghetti)
1 bekertje crème fraîche
1/2 bakje champignons
1 grote ui
100 gr Danish Blue of andere blauwe kaas
1 blikje peren op sap
ProvenÇaalse kruiden
peper
(olijf)olie

Kook de pasta.
Fruit de ui in een scheutje olijfolie, voeg de champignons toe en bak ze even
mee.
Blus af met de helft van het perensap en laat het even inkoken.
Voeg de crème fraîche toe en laat eventueel nog even inkoken,
zodat een gebonden saus ontstaat.
voeg de blauwe kaas in stukjes toe en laat die oplossen.
Snijd de peer in stukjes en roer ze door de saus.
Laat de saus nu niet meer koken.
Breng het geheel op smaak met peper en kruiden en serveer met tomaten- of
komkommersalade.
