350 gr farfalle- of fusillipasta
4 eieren
2 eetlepels boter
2 blikjes tonijn in olie (inh. 185 gr), uitgelekt
2 dl zure room
4 eetlepels fijngesneden basilicumblaadjes
zout, versgemalen peper

Kook de pasta in ruim water volgens de aanwijzingen op verpakking beetgaar en
giet ze af.
Kook intussen de eieren in 8 minuten hard, pel ze en hak ze grof.
Smelt de boter en roer de pasta erdoor.
Haal de tonijn met een vork los en roer die samen met de zure room door de
pasta.
Warm de stukjes ei en de basilicum op het laatste moment met de pasta mee.
Breng de pasta op smaak met zout en royaal peper.
serveer direct.
Lekker met salade van bleekselderijboogjes, geschaafde venkel en repen groene
paprika met een vinaigrette met pesto.
