400 gr kruimig kokende aardappelen
zout, peper
250 gr anneletti (ringetjespasta)
1 sjalot
1 teentje knoflook
1 theelepel citroenrasp
3 eetlepels fijngehakte dille (diepvries)
80 gr mon chou
1 bekertje crème fraîche (125 ml)
2 eieren
2 eetlepels bloem
olie

Schil de aardappelen, snijd ze in stukken en kook ze in weinig water met wat
zout gaar.
Kook de pasta in ruim water met wat zout helemaal gaar.
Pel en snipper de sjalot en de knoflook.
Roer de knoflook met de citroenrasp, de dille en de mon chou door de
crème fraîche en breng de room op smaak met wat peper en zout.
Pureer de aardappelen en schep het aardappelkruim met de sjalot, de losgeklopte
eieren, de bloem en wat peper en zout door de afgegoten pasta.
Verhit wat olie in een koekenpan en bak van het mengsel kleine
pannekoekjes.
Serveer de koekjes met de room.
Lekker met haring.
