2 rode paprika's
2 kleine groene Spaanse pepers
2 teentjes knoflook
5 eetlepels olijfolie
peper, zout
400 gr sedanini (pijpjespasta)
50 gr geraspte Parmezaanse kaas

Maak de paprika's schoon, was ze, verwijder de zaadjes en de zaadlijsten en
snijd het vruchtvlees in reepjes.
Maak de Spaanse pepertjes schoon, snijd ze in ringen en verwijder de
zaadjes.
Doe beide in een pannetje, giet er water bij tot ze net onder staan, breng het
water aan de kook en laat 10 minuten sudderen.
Pel de knoflook, hak de teentjes fijn, fruit ze even in de olijfolie, giet er 5
eetlepels kookvocht van de paprika's bij en laat 5 minuten zachtjes koken.
Giet de paprika's af en voeg ze bij de knoflook.
Kruid met peper en zout.
Kook de pasta al dente, giet hem af en roer hem door de saus.
Bestrooi met Parmezaanse kaas.
