Fettucine met ham en peterselie

4 bosjes, liefst gladde, peterselie
200 gr gekookte ham aan één stuk
400 gr fettucine
zout
4 teentjes knoflook
8-10 eetlepels olijfolie
peper van de molen

Hak de peterselie grof en snijd de ham in blokjes.
Pel de knoflook en snijd de teentjes in plakjes.
Kook de pasta al dente in veel water met een beetje zout.
Verhit de olie in een sauspan en fruit de knoflook glazig, maar laat ze niet
bruin worden, anders krijgt hij een bittere smaak.
Schep de knoflook uit de pan, bak de hamblokjes even aan en roer er de
peterselie door.
Laat 2 minuten stoven en voeg de knoflook en peper toe.
Giet de fettucine af, meng de saus erdoor en dien direct op.

Fettucine zijn smaller, maar iets dikker dan de klassieke tagliatelle.
