400 gr imitatiekrab
1 courgette
250 gr driekleurenfusilli
zout
1 blik kreeftenroomsoep (4 dl)
1 bosui in ringen
8 groene olijven in plakjes
2 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie
versgemalen peper

Laat de krab ontdooien.
Schaaf de courgette met een kaasschaaf in de lengte in dunne plakken en
snijd
de plakken in lange repen.
Kook de fusilli in ruim water met zout volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing
beetgaar.
Verwarm intussen de kreeftenroomsoep, voeg de krab, courgette en bosui toe
en
laat alles goed doorwarmen, maar niet koken.
Voeg tot slot de helft van de olijfplakjes en de peterselie toe.
Schep de fusilli op de borden en verdeel er de saus over.
Bestrooi met de rest van de olijven, peterselie en versgemalen peper.
