150 gr groene lintmacaroni
zout, peper
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 gesnipperd sjalotje,
1 geperst teentje knoflook
100 gr oesterzwammen, steeltjes verwijderd, hoedjes in reepjes
10 gr verse salieblaadjes
3/4 dl crème fraîche

Kook de pasta in ruim water met zout en 1/2 eetlepel olie volgens de
gebruiksaanwijzing beetgaar en laat ze uitlekken.
Bak het sjalotje en de knoflook ± 5 minuten in 1/2 eetlepels olie.
Voeg de oesterzwammen toe en bak ze al omscheppend ± 2 minuten.
Voeg de salie en de crème fraîche toe.
Laat de saus iets inkoken en breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Schep de saus door de pasta.
Lekker met een salade van blaadjes spinazie, reepjes rosbief, geroosterde
pijnboompitten, flinters oude kaas, stukjes vruchtvlees van een citroen en 2
eetlepels olijfolie.
