350 gr macaroni
25 gr boter
25 gr bloem
6 dl melk
175 gr geraspte gruyère
peper, zout
1 theelepel mosterd
1 eetlepel geraspte Parmezaanse kaas

Kook de macaroni beetgaar en giet af.
Smelt de boter, roer de bloem erdoor en giet, onder voortdurend roeren, de melk
erbij.
Laat de saus 1 minuut indikken.
Voeg 100 gr gruyère toe en breng op smaak met peper, zout en
mosterd.
Meng de macaroni erdoor en schep alles in een beboterde vuurvaste schaal.
Bestrooi met de rest van de kaas en laat er onder de hete grill een korstje op
komen.
