500 gr vleestomaten
1 grote ui
1 teentje knoflook
2 worteltjes
1 stengel bleekselderij
2 eetlepels olijfolie
2 dl droge rode wijn
basilicum, oregano
zout, peper

Kruis om de tomaten te ontvellen de velletjes in en dompel ze enkele seconden
in kokend water.
Snipper de ui en de knoflook en snijd de wortels en de bleekselderij in kleine
stukjes.
Fruit de ui in de olie glazig en doe er dan de knoflook bij.
Voeg iets later de groente toe en bak alles ± 4 minuten.
Roer er dan de tomaten en de wijn door.
Laat de saus goed warm worden en breng op smaak met de kruiden, zout en
peper.
Laat de saus even inkoken.
Voeg naar eigen keuze nog extra groente en vlees of een vleesvervanger toe.
