100 gr mager spekblokjes
20 gr boter
1 courgette
1 prei
150 gr gerookte zalmsnippers
150 gr gerookte forelfilet
2 dl Room Culinair
2 eetlepels gesnipperde bieslook

Bak de spekblokjes in de boter op halfhoog vuur lichtbruin.
Snijd de courgette in kleine blokjes en de prei in smalle ringen, schep de
groenten bij de spekjes en stoof ze onder omscheppen in 5 minuten gaar.
Snijd de zalm- en forelfilet in stukjes.
Schenk de bindende room bij het spekjesmengsel en laat de saus al roerend
binden.
Warm tot slot de visstukjes in de saus op en voeg de bieslook en zout en peper
naar smaak toe.
Serveer direct bijvoorbeeld met lintmacaroni.

Variatie:
Vervang de gerookte vis door 300 gr verse zalm- of zalmforelfilet en bak deze
in blokjes in 2-3 minuten met de spekjes mee gaar.
Bereid een zakje dillesaus en schep hierbij het zalm-spekjesmengsel en
verwarmde flageolets (uit 1/2 literblik).
