1 eetlepel olijfolie
150 gr gedroogde rode linzen
1 theelepel groentebouillonpoeder
1/2 rode paprika
1 eetlepel tomatenpuree
zeezout of kruidenzout
1 mespuntje milde paprikapoeder
1 mespuntje cayennepeper
2 eetlepels fijngehakte peterselie
200 gr penne
1 dl groentebouillon

Snipper de ui, pers het teentje knoflook uit en fruit ze samen in de olie.
Voeg de linzen toe en roer kort.
Voeg 2 1/2 dl water en het groentebouillonpoeder toe en kook de linzen in 20
minuten gaar.
Snijd de paprika in kleine stukjes, voeg ze aan het mengsel toe en kook ze
kort
mee.
Voeg de tomatenpuree toe, breng het mengsel op smaak en strooi er de peterselie
over.
Kook de pasta intussen in de groentenbouillon beetgaar en laat hem
uitlekken.
Schik de pasta op de borden, schep er het linzen-paprikamengsel over en
serveer.
