Ravioli met prei-hamsaus

500 gr gesneden prei
1 bouillontablet
300 gr ravioli
1/8 liter crème fraîche
1 potje carbonara- of montanarasaus (Grand'Italia) of 1 zakje kaassaus
200-250 gr hamblokjes
150 gr geraspte belegen kaas

Kook de prei in 3 dl water met het bouillontablet in ± 8 minuten
gaar.
Kook de ravioli in ruim water met zout beetgaar.
Pureer de prei met het kookvocht, roer er de crème fraîche en de
saus uit het potje door en breng de saus aan de kook.
Voeg de ham toe en breng de saus met zout en peper op smaak.
Schep de saus door de pasta of serveer de saus er apart bij.
Strooi er aan tafel de kaas over.

Variatie:
Vervang de prei door 3 gele paprika's en de hamblokjes door salami-blokjes;
Kook en pureer het gerecht op dezelfde manier.
