300-400 gr farfalle (vlinderpasta)
zout, peper
4 (ontvelde) tomaten in blokjes
200 gr rauwe ham (of rundertong) in lange reepjes
50 gr zwarte olijven in plakjes
6 gehalveerde ansjovisfilets
3 eetlepels kappertjes, uitgelekt
1 kleine blikje artisjokharten, uitgelekt, in vieren gesneden
1/2 komkommer in stukjes
2 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie
3 eetlepels fijngesneden basilicum
1 geperst teentje knoflook
6 eetlepels olijfolie
1 1/2 eetlepel balsamico-azijn of rode wijn-azijn

Kook de pasta in ruim kokend water met zout volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing
beetgaar; spoel de pasta met koud water af en laat uitlekken.
Vermeng de afgekoelde pasta met de tomaat, rauwe ham, olijven, ansjovis,
kappertjes, artisjokharten, komkommer, peterselie en basilicum.
Vermeng voor de dressing de knoflook, olie, azijn, zout en peper en schep de
dressing voorzichtig door de salade.
Zet de salade ± 30 minuten koel weg om de smaken te laten intrekken.
