250 gr fusilli (spiraal pasta)
zout, peper
300 gr wortel in dunne plakjes
100 gr dun gesneden magere achterham
1 groot blik artisjokharten (330 gr netto), uitgelekt
75 gr umer
1 fijngeperst teentje knoflook
2 eetlepels fijngesneden bieslook

Kook e pasta in ruim water met zout volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing gaar, spoel
ze daarna koud en laat uitlekken.
Kook de wortel in kokend water ± 5 minuten, spoel hem daarna koud en
laat uitlekken.
Snijd de ham in dunne reepjes en de artisjokken in schijfjes.
Vermeng de pasta met de wortel, ham en artisjokken; vermeng de umer met de
knoflook, het zout en de peper; vermeng de saus met de salade en bestrooi met
de bieslook.
