200 gr gerookte zalmsnippers of blikzalm
500 gr pasta naar keuze (bijv. tricolore)
2 grote uien
1 courgette
16 witte druiven zonder pit
10 olijven
1 blikje perziken
1 blikje ananas
1 potje cocktailsaucs
zout, peper en worcestershiresauce

Kook de pasta in kokende bouillon in 8-10 minuten al dente (beetgaar).
Snijd de zalm in kleine stukjes en meng die met de uien.
Snijd de courgette, perzik en ananas in blokjes en voeg ze bij de zalm.
Halveer en ontpit de druiven en de olijven.
Doe alle ingrediënten in een mengkom, voeg de cocktailsaus toe en meng de
salade luchtig door elkaar.
Serveer deze exclusieve salade op een mooie schaal of in een glazen kom en
garneer naar eigen inzicht.
Warme toast en roomboter maken dit gericht compleet.
