350 gr grote pastaschelpen
500 gr kabeljauwfilet
150 gr kruidenroomkaas
2 eieren
zout, peper, cayennepeper
1 pakje witte wijnsaus
1 1/2 dl water
1 1/2 dl melk
1 zakje gratinkaas

Verwarm de oven voor op 175°C.
Kook de schelpen 2 minuten.
Splits de eieren.
Pureer de visfilet met de roomkaas, de eierdooiers, wat zout, peper en
cayennepeper.
Klop de eiwitten stijf en spatel ze door de vismassa.
Bereid de wijnsaus met het water en de melk en roer er de helft van de kaas
door.
Vul de schelpen met de vis, leg ze in een ingevette ovenschaal, schenk de
saus
erover, strooi de rest van de kaas erover en bak het gerecht 25-30 minuten.
