500 gr schelpjesdeegwaren (gnocchi)
zout
250 gr magere kwark
250 gr verse roomkwark
2 plakjes gruyère
1/2 glas melk
witte peper van de molen
30 gr boter

Kook de schelpjes in 3 liter water met wat zout net niet gaar.
Meng intussen beide soorten kwark tot een homogene crème, voeg de in
reepjes gesneden gruyère toe en verwarm op een zacht vuur samen met de
melk tot de gruyère is gesmolten.
Kruid met peper en zout.
Giet de schelpjes af en vermeng ze in een beboterde vuurvaste schaal of
individuele schaaltjes met de kaascrème.
Leg er vlokjes boter op, gratineer in de oven tot de crème licht kleurt
en dien onmiddellijk op.
