Schelpjes met courgettes

3-4 stevige courgettes
grof zout
2 teentjes knoflook
8 eetlepels olijfolie
peper van de molen
400 gr schelpjespasta (gnocchi)
zout
1 bosje peterselie

Was de courgettes, snijd de uiteinden eraf en snijd of schaaf ze in
flinterdunne plakjes.
Leg ze in een vergiet, bestrooi ze met grof zout, zet er een bordje met een
gewicht op en laat ze 30 minuten uitlekken.
Spoel ze met koud water en dep ze droog.
Pel de knoflook en snijd de teentjes fijn.
Fruit ze in de hete olie glazig en roer er de courgettes door.
Laat ze 15 minuten heel zachtjes stoven en kruid met peper.
Kook intussen de schelpjes al dente in water met zout, giet ze af en doe ze
weer in de pan.
Meng de courgettesaus erdoor, verdeel het gerecht over de borden en bestrooi
met peterselie.
