Marineer 350 gr kipfilets 30 minuten in 1 dl teriyaki-marinade en grilleer ze
dan 10 minuten aan beide kanten.
Bak 200 gr oesterzwam-reepjes in 2 eetlepels roerbakolie, voeg 1 liter
kippenbouillon toe en laat 10 minuten trekken.
Snijd 1 paksoi in repen en voeg die bij de soep.
Kook 250 gr udon (Japanse pasta) volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking
gaar.
Snipper 3 bosuitjes en 1 rood pepertje en voeg dit met 150 gr taugé en
1/2 theelepel sesamolie aan de soep toe.
Snijd de kipfilets in dikke plakken.
Verdeel de udon en de kip over 4 wijde soepkommen, schep de soep erop en
garneer met korianderblad.
