Spaghetti met broccoli-roomsaus

500 gr broccoli
3 dl halfvolle melk
1 theelepel oregano
80 gr roomkaas met kruiden
1 ui
2 teentjes knoflook
150 gr olijven
2 eetlepel pijnboompitjes
3 eetlepel olijfolie
zout, peper
Parmezaanse kaas
250 gr spaghetti

Maak de broccoli schoon en snijd hem in kleine roosjes.
Kook de broccolisteeltjes in wat kokend water in 10 minuten gaar.
Voeg na 5 minuten de roosjes toe.
Pureer de steeltjes.
Verwarm intussen de melk met daarin de oregano en de roomkaas.
Snipper de ui, de knoflook en de olijven en laat alles met de pijnboompitjes in
de olijfolie 5 minuten zachtjes bakken en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Vermeng de broccolipuree met de kaassaus, het uimengsel en de
broccoliroosjes.
Zet alles nog even op het vuur en laat het lekker warm worden.
Serveer dit met de Parmezaanse kaas op meergranen-spaghetti.
