1 blik gepelde tomaten
8 blaadjes verse laurier
1/4 theelepel kaneelpoeder
peper, zout
400 gr spaghetti

Pel de ui en hak hem fijn.
Verhit de olie in een grote pan en fruit de ui glazig.
Voeg de tomaten (zonder sap), laurier, kaneel, zout en peper toe en laat de
saus 15 minuten zachtjes pruttelen zonder deksel.
Breng 3 liter water aan de kook, voeg zout en een scheutje olie toe en kook de
pasta volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing beetgaar.
Giet de pasta af en roer hem door de saus.
