Spaghetti met knoflook en olie

300 gr spaghetti
8 teentjes knoflook
15 gr verse peterselie
1 dl (olijf)olie
2 gedroogde chilipepertjes
2 eetlepels citroensap
zout, (versgemalen) zwarte peper

Kook de spaghetti volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing gaar.
Pel intussen de knoflook en snijd ze in dunne plakjes.
Knip in een kopje de peterselie fijn.
Verhit de olie in een (steel)pan en fruit de knoflookplakjes in ± 2
minuten glazig.
Voeg de chilipepertjes toe en fruit ze ± 3 minuten mee.
Roer het citroensap erdoor.
Laat het van het vuur af iets afkoelen en schep de peterselie erdoor.
Giet de spaghetti af, schep er het olie-knoflookmengsel door en breng het
geheel op smaak met zout en peper.
Verdeel de spaghetti over 4 borden (sprenkel er eventueel nog wat (olijf)olie
naar smaak over).
Serveer er (versgeraspte) Parmezaanse kaas bij.
