200 gr spaghettini (dunne spaghetti)
250 gr broccoliroosjes
1 eetlepel olijfolie
2 uitgeperste teentjes knoflook
150 gr grof gehakte Yorkham
2 dl crème fraîche
2 eetlepels droge witte wijn of kippenbouillon (van tablet)
zout, versgemalen peper

Kook de pasta in ruim kokend water beetgaar en laat ze uitlekken.
Kook intussen de broccoliroosjes in weinig water met wat zout in ± 5
minuten beetgaar en laat ze uitlekken.
Verhit de olie en bak de knoflook ± 2 minuten.
Voeg de uitgelekte pasta en broccoli, de ham, de crème fraîche en
de wijn of bouillon toe en schep alles door elkaar.
Breng op smaak met zout en royaal peper en warm het gerecht nog ± 2
minuten door.
