6-7 ansjovisfilets
8 eetlepels olijfolie
1 blik gepelde tomaten
3 teentjes knoflook
1 rode Spaanse peper
1 eetlepel kappertjes
1 bosje peterselie
1 takje basilicum
400 gr spaghettini (dunne spaghetti)
zout

Stoof de ansjovisfilets zacht in de olie.
Laat de tomaten uitlekken en hak ze grof.
Pel de knoflook en hak de teentjes fijn.
Verwijder de zaadjes van de Spaanse peper en hak hem fijn.
Voeg alles bij de ansjovisjes en laat 15 minuten stoven.
Voeg de kappertjes toe en laat nog 3 minuten stoven.
Hak de basilicum en de peterselie fijn en roer beide door de saus.
Kook de spaghettini in water met wat zout al dente, giet af en meng er de saus
door.
