8 dunne plakken kalfsoester
versgemalen peper
8 plakjes bacon
8 blaadjes verse salie
4 eetlepels boter
4 eetlepels droge witte wijn
cocktailprikkers

Dep de kalfsoesters met keukenpapier droog en bestrooi ze aan beide kanten met
peper.
Leg op elke kalfsoester een plakje bacon en een salieblaadje en zet het met een
cocktailprikker vast.
Verhit in een koekenpan 3 eetlepels boter en Bak het vlees hierin op matig vuur
aan elke kant ± 2 minuten.
Voeg de wijn en ± 1 dl lauwwarm water toe.
Laat de rest van de boter in de saus smelten.
Leg 4 saltimbocca's op een verwarmde schaal en schenk er de helft van de saus
over.
Houd de rest van het vlees in de pan warm.
