150 gr spaghetti
2 eetlepels boter
2 eetlepels bloem
1/4 liter melk
150 gr zachte geitenkaas zonder korst
zout, versgemalen peper
20 zwarte olijven zonder pit
8 blaadjes basilicum

Kook de spaghetti volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing.
Smelt de boter in een steelpan, roer de bloem erdoor, voeg al roerend scheutje
voor scheutje de melk toe en blijf roeren tot een gebonden saus is
ontstaan.
Verkruimel de geitenkaas erboven en laat die smelten.
Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Giet de spaghetti af, verdeel die over 2 borden en schenk de saus erover.
Verdeel er de olijven over, knip een paar blaadjes basilicum erboven fijn en
garneer met de rest van de basilicum.
