400 gr spaghetti
50 gr Italiaanse salami in plakjes
50 gr Italiaanse ham in plakjes
1 ui
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 afgestreken theelepel bloem
1/8 liter bouillon
1 theelepel gehakte salie
peper

Kook de spaghetti volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.
Snijd de salami en de ham in reepjes.
Pel de ui en snij hem in dobbelsteentjes.
Verhit de olie in een pan en stoof de uisnippers daarin gaar.
Bestuif ze met bloem en giet er de bouillon bij.
Voeg de salie toe en laat het geheel 2-3 minuten zachtjes koken.
Roer er de reepjes salami en ham door en kruid met peper.
