Volkorenspaghetti met broccoli en ham

1 grote stronk broccoli
zout
100 gr gekookte ham aan één stuk
400 gr volkorenspaghetti
2 eieren
50 gr geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
50 gr geraspte gruyère
peper, zout, nootmuskaat

Snijd de roosjes van de broccoli, schil de steeltjes en snijd ze in
stukjes.
Blancheer de roosjes en de steeltjes 3 minuten, spoel ze met koud water en laat
ze uitlekken.
Snijd de ham in kleine blokjes.
Kook de spaghetti al dente in water met een beetje zout.
Klop intussen de eieren met de kaas los en kruid met peper, zout en
nootmuskaat.
Giet de spaghetti af, doe ze direct weer in de pan en giet het ei-kaasmengsel
erop.
Verwarm al roerend zachtjes tot het ei begint te binden.
Roer de broccoli erdoor en warm nog even door.
Verdeel de spaghetti op de borden en bestrooi met de hamblokjes.
