het broodkruim van 1 sneetje witbrood
100 gr gepelde walnoten
1 teentje knoflook
1 dl room
3 eetlepels olijfolie
3 eetlepels geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
400 gr groene tagliatelle
peper, zout

Pureer het broodkruim, de walnoten en de knoflook, onder bijgieten van de room,
tot een gladde saus; verwarm de saus een beetje en klop de olie en de
Parmezaanse erdoor, tot die is gesmolten.
Kook intussen de tagliatelle in ruim water met wat zout al dente.
Breng de saus op smaak met peper en zout, giet de pasta af en meng de saus
erdoor.
