Bak in een hapjespan in 2 eetlepels olie 1 uitgeperst teentje knoflook en 450
gr in blokjes gesneden kipfilet ± 5 minuten.
Voeg 4 eetlepels citroensap, 1 winterwortel in reepjes en 1 bakje kaas/roomsaus
(225 ml, koelvak) toe en laat alles ± 5 minuten zachtjes koken.
Kook 500 gr groene tagliatelle volgens de aanwijzingen op het pak.
Verdeel de pasta over 4 borden en schep er de saus over.
Garneer met plakjes citroen en wat Parmezaanse kaas.
