200 gr grotchampignons
100 gr oesterzwammen
zout
150 gr tagliatelle
75 gr boter
1 1/2 eetlepel citroensap
1 1/2 theelepel salie
peper

Veeg de champignons en de oesterzwammen met keukenpapier schoon.
Snijd van de champignons het onderste stukje steel af.
Snijd de champignons in plakjes en de oesterzwammen in reepjes.
Verwarm 4 borden voor.
Kook de tagliatelle in een pan met ruim water en zout volgens de
gebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakking net gaar en laat uitlekken.
Verhit intussen in een koekenpan de helft van de boter en bak de champignons en
de oesterzwammen al omscheppend in ± 5 minuten bruin.
Schep van het vuur af de rest van de boter, het citroensap en de salie door de
paddestoelen en breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Verdeel de tagliatelle over de 4 borden en schep het paddestoelenmengsel
erop.
Serveer direct.
