400 gr sint jacobsmosselen (diepvries)
3 teentjes knoflook
1 bosje peterselie
1 rode Spaanse peper
400 gr groene tagliatelle
zout
1/2 dl olijfolie
versgemalen peper

Laat de sint-jacobsmosselen een nacht ontdooien in de koelkast en dep ze
droog.
Snijd het rode koraal eraf en snijd de nootjes zo nodig in stukjes.
Pel de knoflook en snijd de teentjes in plakjes.
Hak de peterselie fijn.
Verwijder de zaadjes van de Spaanse peper en hak het vruchtvlees fijn.
Kook de tagliatelle 'al dente' in water met wat zout.
Verhit de olie en fruit de knoflook.
Roer er de peterselie, de peper en 1 pollepel dooiwater van de schelpen door en
laat even stoven.
Voeg de witte sint-jacobsnootjes toe en roerbak ze 1 minuut.
Kruid met peper en zout.
Verwarm de stukjes koraal nog even.
Giet de tagliatelle af en schep de saus erop.
