Tagliatelle met tomaten-preisaus en broccoli

Volkoren taglatelle
500 gr prei
1 eetlepel olie
1 blik gepelde tomaten
1 eetlepel citroensap
oregano
peper, zout
500 gr broccoli

Maak de prei schoon, snijd hem in kleine stukjes en bak die in een koekenpan
met anti-aanbaklaag in maximaal 1 eetlepel olie.
Pureer de gepelde tomaten en voeg deze bij de prei.
Laat de saus 20 minuten zachtjes koken.
Voeg op het laatst de oregano, het citroensap en eventueel peper en zout
toe.
Stoom intussen de in kleine roosjes gesneden broccoli gaar.
Kook de tagliatelle volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing gaar, giet af, laat uitlekken
en strooi er wat fijngeknipte peterselie over.
Serveer de preisaus en de broccoli er apart bij.
Desgewenst kunt u er wat oude kaas bij geven.
