1 zakje tortellini met kaas (250 gr, Grand'Italia)
zout
1 dunne winterwortel (± 200 gr) in plakjes
1 bekertje crème fraîche (125 ml)
1 bakje roomkaas met mierikswortel (Cantadou)
± 5 eetlepels melk
2 theelepels groene mosterd
2 fijngeknipte takjes peterselie
versgemalen gemengde peper
(2 bosuitjes in dunne reepjes)

Kook de tortellini volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing.
Kook intussen de plakjes wortel ± 8 minuten in weinig water met
zout.
Verwarm in een steelpan de crème fraîche en de roomkaas tot de
roomkaas is gesmolten en roer er melk door tot sausdikte ontstaat.
Roer de mosterd en de peterselie erdoor en breng de saus op smaak met zout.
Giet de tortellini en de wortel af en schep de wortel door de tortellini.
Verdeel dit over 2 borden, bestrooi met versgemalen gemengde peper (en
bosuitjes) en schep de saus erover of erdoor.
