50 gr gruyère of emmentaler
50 gr Parmezaanse kaas of Grana Padana
50 gr Bel Paese of jonge goudse kaas
50 gr harde geitenkaas
50 gr boter
1 bekertje zure room
400 gr pipe rigate (elleboogjes)
zout, zwarte peper van de molen
enkele sprietjes bieslook

Rasp de kazen en meng ze door elkaar.
Doe de boter en de room in een pannetje en laat de kazen erin op een zacht vuur
of au bain marie smelten.
Kook de elleboogjes beetgaar, giet ze af en kruid flink met peper.
Meng er de kaassaus door en bestrooi met gesnipperde bieslook.
