200 gr witte bonen
250 gr varkenspoelet
500 gr gesneden prei
250 gr gesneden uien
tijm
peper, zout
1 laurierblad
1/2 theelepel gemalen foelie
2 eetlepels olie
500 gr aardappelen
2 rode paprika's
1 theelepel chilipoeder
250 gr gekruid gehakt

Week de bonen 12 uur in ruim koud water.
Breng het poelet met 1 1/2 liter water aan de kook.
Voeg de bonen, de helft van de prei, de helft van de uien,
tijm, peper,
zout, laurier en foelie toe.
Breng dit aan de kook en laat het 1 1/4 uur zachtjes
koken.
Schil intussen de aardappelen en snijd ze in blokjes.
Maak de paprika's schoon en snijd ze in stukjes.
Verhit in een braadpan de olie en fruit hierin zachtjes de
overgebleven
prei en ui ca 5 minuten.
Schep de aardappelblokjes en de chilipoeder erdoor en voeg de
paprika's
toe.
Doe de gefruite groenten samen met het tot balletjes gemaakte
gehakt bij
de soep en kook de soep nog 15 minuten.
Geef er volkorenbrood bij.
