2 koppen in blokjes gesneden gekookt pompoenvruchtvlees
2 koppen geraspte winterwortel
2 gesnipperde uien
olie of boter
2 cm fijngesnipperde gemberwortel of 2 fijngesnipperde
gemberbolletjes
2 bouillontabletten
1 1/2 liter water
zout, zwarte peper, aroma en suiker naar smaak

Fruit de ui met de wortel en de gember in de olie of
boter.
Voeg het pompoenvruchtvlees en de bouillonblokjes met het
water toe en laat koken tot de wortel gaar is.
Desgewenst kunt u de soep pureren.
Breng de soep op smaak met zout, peper aroma en suiker.
Roer er op de borden een schep zure room door en bestrooi met
versgehakte groene kruiden (peterselie, koriander en/of
selderij).
