2 teentjes knoflook
100 gr magere spekblokjes
3 eetlepels olie
750 gr aardappelen
3 bouillontabletten
1 struik paksoi
100 gr penne of elleboogjes
200 gr chorizoworst aan een stukje
peper, zout

Pel en snipper de ui en de knoflook.
Bak de spekblokjes in de olie krokant en bak de ui en de
knoflook even mee.
Schil de aardappelen, snijd ze in blokjes, breng ze in 2 liter
water met de bouillontabletten aan de kook en kook ze 25
minuten.
Snijd de kool (ook de bladnerf en de aanzet) in ragfijne repen
en voeg die na 10 minuten met de penne toe.
Haal het vel van de worst, snijd de worst in plakjes, voeg die
de laatste 5 minuten toe en breng de soep met peper en zout op
smaak.
Lekker met boerenbrood.

Variatie:
Gebruik rookworst i.p.v. chorizo en voorgekookte boerenkool
i.p.v. paksoy.
Voeg boterbonen (uit blik, met het vocht) toe.
