500 gr magere runderlappen
650 gr triangel patat (1 zak)
1 kg panklare hutspotgroenten (1 pak)
1 teentje knoflook
1 eetlepel kruidenbouillonpoeder
1 eetlepel tandoorikruiden
Römertopf van 21/2 liter

Zet de Römertopf 15-20 minuten in koud water.
Snijd intussen het vlees in blokjes.
Neem de Römertopf uit het water en leg het vlees, de patat en de
hutspotgroenten in Römertopfschaal.
Pel de knoflook, pers die erboven uit en strooi er het ouillonpoeder en de
tandoorikruiden over.
Schep alles goed door elkaar en leg het deksel op de schaal.
Schuif de Römertopf in een koude oven, stel de oven in op 225°C
en laat het gerecht in ± 11/2 uur gaar worden.
