500 gr boeren achterham in iets dikkere plakken
4 eetlepels bosvruchtenjam
1 eetlepel vloeibare honing
4 eetlepels rode port
2 eetlepels vleesfond
1 theelepel Provençaalse kruiden
zout, peper

Vet een ovenschaal dun in.
Vouw de plakken ham dubbel en leg ze dakpansgewijs in de schaal; laat
steeds ± 2 cm van de bovenkant van de plakken vrij.
Roer de jam, de honing, de port, de vleesfond en de Provençaalse
kruiden
door elkaar.
Voeg naar smaak zout en peper toe.
Bestrijk de ham met dit mengsel.
Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
Laat de ham in het midden van de oven in ± 25 minuten warm worden
en een knapperig korstje krijgen.
Verdeel de plakken ham over 4 borden.
Lekker met aardappel-preigratin.
