300 gr varkenslapjes

zout, peper
1/2 theelepel serehpoeder
paneermeel
2 eetlepels yoghurt
1 eetlepel citroensap
1/2 theelepel citroenrasp
1 eetlepel gembersiroop
2 eetlepels mayonaise
25 gr boter
3 eetlepels slaolie

Snijd het vlees in lange reepjes van 2 cm dik.
Klop het ei los met zout, peper en het serehpoeder.
Strooi wat paneermeel op een bord.
Haal de reepjes vlees eerst door het ei en vervolgens door het
paneermeel.
Meng de yoghurt met het citroensap, de citroenrasp, de gembersiroop en de
mayonaise.
Verhit de boter met de slaolie en bak de reepjes varkensvlees hierin in
± 10 minuten rondom bruin en gaar.
Leg de reepjes varkensvlees op warme borden en geef het sausje erbij.
Lekker met andijvie met rozijnen en appel en aardappelpuree.
