300-400 gr hamlappen
1 ui
1 prei
1 rode paprika
250 gr champignons
peper, zout
60 gr boter
1 theelepel sambal
1 eetlepel sherry
1 eetlepel ketjap
100 gr taugé

Snijd de hamlappen in blokjes.
Snipper de ui.
Snijd de prei in ringen, de paprika fijn en de champignons in plakjes.
Bestrooi het vlees met peper en zout en bak het vlees in ± 10
minuten in de boter bruin.
Voeg daarna de ui en de sambal toe en fruit ze even mee.
Doe de prei, de paprika, de champignons, de ketjap en de sherry bij het
vlees en smoor dit in ± 10 minuten gaar.
Was intussen de taugé in een kom en verwijder de groene
velletjes.
Voeg de uitgelekte taugé de laatste minuut toe.
Breng op smaak met peper en ketjap.
Lekker met rijst en een rauwkostsalade.
